Shamrock Rovers are now eight points clear at the top of the SSE Airtricity League.
They beat Cork City 3-0 at Turners Cross . Aaron Greene had them in command with a brace of goals in the first-half, before Neil Farrugia finished the scoring late on.
It leaves Stephen Bradley's charges with a commanding lead with just seven games left in the stunted season.
