Russia will not have any athletes at next month's Rio Paralympics.
The country's appeal against a ban has failed at the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
The punishment was handed out after an independent report found evidence of state-sponsored doping.
The court says the International Paralympic Committee's original decision was proportionate and within the rules.
