Garry Ringrose, Keith Earls, Paddy Jackson and Iain Henderson have been named in the Ireland team to take on Australia on Saturday.
Ringrose and Jackson start in place of the injured Robbie Henshaw and Johnny Sexton. Earls comes in on the left wing with Henderson named in the second row.
Head coach, Joe Schmidt, has confirmed that both Rob Kearney and CJ Stander have passed return to play protocols after the suffered head knocks in the defeat to New Zealand.
Simon Zebo has been named in the matchday squad but he is struggling to make it. The Munster man trained on Thursday but not flat out. He has another 48 hours to prove his fitness.

Rory Best will win his 100th cap - becoming only the fifth Irish player to reach the century milestone. He's joined in the front row by Jack McGrath and Tadhg Furlong while Henderson partners Devin Toner in the second row.
The back row of CJ Stander, Sean O'Brien and Jamie Heaslip are retained from last week-end's defeat to New Zealand.
Conor Murray will partner Jackson in the half-backs with Ringrose joining Jared Payne in the centre.
Keith Earls comes in on the left wing with Andrew Trimble on the right and Rob Kearney at full-back.
