Leinster maintained their winning start to their Champions Cup campaign on Saturday with a 43-16 annihilation of Northampton at Franklin's Gardens.
They sent out a statement of intent, as James Lowe went over in the second minute. But the hosts then had their purple patch, and Ahsee Tuala scored their only try of the day. A conversion and penalty from Dan Biggar saw them move three points clear.
The lead lasted less than two minutes, as Rhys Rhuddock and Andrew Porter went over to give Leinster a three point advantage at the break.
Leo Cullen's side turned it up a couple of levels in the second-half, keeping Northampton scoreless, and getting tries through Cian Healy, Ross Byrne, Luke McGrath, and Ed Byrne to secure the bonus point.
The sides will clash again next Saturday in Dublin.
