The UFC president wants to stage fights every weekend while nearly all other sport is suspended because of the coronavirus pandemic.
White told TMZ Sports that he's close to securing a private island where he would fly in fighters on private planes.
"I am a day or two away from securing a private island,' White said.
"I have a private island that I've secured; we're getting the infrastructure put in now, so I'm gonna start doing the international fights, too.
"With international fighters, because I won't be able to get international fighters into the US, I have a private island that I'm gonna start flying them all in and doing international fights from there. So as of April 18, the UFC is back up and running."

He also told TMZ Sports that he'll do all he can to make sure those taking part are Covid-19 free.
"First of all there won't be any fans at this things.
"Everybody is going to be pre-tested, and tested, and tested, and tested. We're going to make sure that 100% healthy athletes, healthy athletic commission people, healthy judges, referees, my production people, that everybody there is going to be safe.
"We're going to make sure that everybody is going to be safe, before, during and after the fights."
