Australian flanker Dean Mumm could miss his sides final test on their European tour on Sunday against England at Twickenham, after being cited for a dangerous tackle in the loss to Ireland.
Mumm missed Michael Cheika's sides first game on tour against Wales as a result of elbowing All Blacks second row Brode Retallick, any suspension would be a second in five weeks.
He was sin-binned by French referee Jerome Garces for his lifting tackle on Tadhg Furlong, in the weekend’s 27-24 defeat at the Aviva Stadium.

At the time of the incident, Garces explained ‘‘it’s not a dynamic situation’‘ to both captains in awarding Mumm a yellow card.
The offence went to a TMO review with the Frenchman and assistant referee Nigel Owens talking it over and it appeared the Welshman's words to Garces prevented it from being red.
"For me, because the player's head was already down very low, it's a yellow, not a red card." Owens said.
Follwoing the decision to just sin bin the player, Ireland captain Rory Best gave his insight into what had happened.
"It's that counter-ruck and the lifting as well. It's our safety, you know?"
Mumm is set to learn on Wednesday, whether he faces a sanction after a World Rugby disciplinary committee hearing chaired by Mike Hamlin.
Bernard Foley was also sin binned for a similar tackle on Devin Toner late in the second half, though he has gotten away without further action needing to be taken.
