The Republic of Ireland women's soccer team has reached agreement with the FAI.
In a statement the association says "discussions between both sides came to a successful conclusion earlier this morning, where all 'issues to be addressed', as outlined by the players, were successfully resolved."

On Tuesday fourteen members of the squad along with their representatives raised their concerns over compensation for loss of earnings while on international duty and the general treatment of the squad, including the fact that they had to share tracksuits with underage players and as a result often had to change in public toilets.
Both the squad and the FAI entered into a mediation process on Wednesday evening with talks lasting into the early hours of Thursday morning.
